Fiber Laser Cutting
Fiber Laser Cutting is an extremely efficient and accurate cutting process for thinner materials including steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Perfect for production cutting or extremely detailed parts.
Basic Machining
We have a variety of machining capabilities in house, including mills, a lathe, saws, grinders and more. Although not as versatile as CNC, basic machining is fast and efficient and may be perfect for your projects.
Bending
We have the ability to bend a wide variety of materials, and thicknesses. Perfect for accurate single, or complicated multiple bend productions.
Water Jetting
This is our specialty. Water Jet Cutting is extremely versatile, with the ability to cut a wide variety of metals and plastics, ranging from 0.001″ to 6″ thick. Accuracy is +/- 0.015″
Powder Coating
Powder coating is an extremely durable, long lasting coating for a variety of materials, including aluminum, steel and stainless steel. We stock over 50 colors and have a variety of ovens and equipment.
CAD Design
We have a variety of design suites we can use to turn your napkin sketch into a professional 2D or 3D display. Already have your CAD? No problem! We can open, manipulate and change your parts in any way needed.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is the perfect way to add an artistic touch or long lasting mark to your parts. We have the ability to engrave a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, lamacoid, rubber, and stainless steel.
CNC Machining
CNC machining opens the doors to endless manufacturing possibilities. When combined with water jet cutting and basic machining capabilities, cost and time savings can soar!
